Return

Our return and refund policy is 14 days after receipt of your order. All costs related to the return of the product (customs, shipping, insurance) are at the customer's expense. If the product has benefited from free delivery, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the original packaging and unopened.

For any return request you must contact us by phone or email with your order number and wait for the confirmation number from us.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refund (if applicable)

 

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed by the same method of payment as the original purchase. If the product has benefited from free delivery, the shipping costs for sending will be deducted from the refund.

Every return from costumer is inspected by our technician , the amount of refund depend of:

- Damaged packaging : We can deduce between 20% and 50% of the product price

- Missing parts : We can deduce between 20% and 50% of the product price

- Used product : We can deduce between 20% and 50% of the product price and if the damage prevents us from reselling it we can denied the return.

Warranty (if applicable) The warranty covers electronic failures within 30 days. The guarantee is that of the manufacturer. Zonehobbies undertakes under certain conditions to exchange defective parts. Parts damaged due to misuse or abuse are not covered by a warranty.
